Free Consultation (30-45 minutes)

We begin with a brief phone call or video chat to learn about your situation, explain the mediation process, and answer your questions.

Engagement and Fees

Once both parties agree to move forward, we will complete the engagement paperwork, collect retainers or fees, and schedule the next step.

Pre-Mediation Interviews

Each participant meets privately (typically  via telephone or virtually) with the mediator to discuss their perspectives and priorities.  We share preparation materials to set you up for success.

Document Review

We guide participants in gathering and organizing relevant information to provide to the mediator, including financial disclosures, using structured forms and templates. The Mediator reviews all documents.

Mediation Sessions

We bring participants together (virtually or in person) for a facilitated, structured,  respectful conversation designed to explore each party’s concerns and interests and work towards mutually acceptable resolutions and agreement.

Agreement Drafting

A Mediated Settlement Agreement is prepared for each party to review and sign based on the outcomes of your discussions.
